Our Staff
A school is ultimately a reflection of its staff, both teachers and support staff. At St . Catherine we are blessed with an exceptionally dedicated and friendly team of people who help to make the school a home away from home, where the welfare of pupils is our first priority.

Janet Woisso, the School Headmistress, in particular, all our teaching staff, with one or two exceptions, has qualified teacher status gained in the Tanzania, and often with many years of teaching experience. Most teachers have been working at St. Catherine from the start. In selecting teachers we place emphasis on moral values as well as competence.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated team that is committed to helping students achieve their full academic potential whilst at the same time cultivating integrity and good moral character. Staff development is actively encouraged through on-going professional training and the quality of teaching is regularly monitored to ensure that high standards are maintained.
